All orders placed before 1p.m Pacific standard time Monday-Friday will be processed the following business day. The ordering procedure allows our staff to process orders, check customer address, customer information and ordered items. Please allow staff to process orders within 24 hours. Once the order is confirmed on website, a representative from Shop M.Lashea will email you to confirm the order. We do not ship during weekends or holidays. All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so customers can track purchased items. Items are shipped with USPS 5-7 business day priority mail. International shipments are sent via UPS or DHL. When shipped, orders will take a few hours to update tracking. Customers will get shipping confirmation once items has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Shop M.Lashea will provide a return card with every clothing order. Return card will need to be filled out and sent back with return item.
Please return items within 7 days. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, swimsuits, bodysuits, undergarments or sale items. These items are non-refundable. We do not refund, however we will issue you M.Lashea credit to the email address on file. Store credit to the email address on file. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires. When returning, we recommend using trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for return shipping charges.
