How long does shipping take?


Orders placed by 2 p.m Pacific Standard Time are processed and shipped out the following day. On average it takes 2-7 business days in the US and 1-2 weeks for international orders. Shop M.Lashea orders are shipped Monday-Friday out of our warehouse located in th USA with verified tracking. Orders are processed within 24 hours or less. Note: Any fraudulent high rick orders will be held until our team investigates. Please make sure your billing and shipping information are 100% correct and match the card you wish to use. Express orders placed before 2 p.m PST will be shipped the following day. No orders are shipped on weekends or US Holidays. All shipments include real-time tracking. Shop M.Lashea also provide shipping to all countires worldwide with verified tracking. We cannot be held responsible for orders held in customs.




How can I track my order?


Once your oder has been shipped, you will recieve an e-mail which will include your tracking number and details on where your package can be tracked. Please allow up to 1-3 hours for tracking information to update in the system.Please contact Shop M.Lashea at Info@mlashea.com if you have not received your order after estimated delivery time.




How much does shipping cost?


Shipping rates may vary for each Location and package weight.




What if my package gets lost or stolen?


We will assist our customers to the best of our ability to get your package found. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. You will have to file a claim with the carrier and we will assist. It is important that you verify all information before placing your oder.




Shipping terms and conditions:


All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of Shop M.Lashea.




Products lost or damage during transit:


We can not guarantee the performance of the shipping carriers., however we will do our best to make sure your package is delivered on time and without any damage. At times, there are unforeseen acts of nature and other issues that may arise and the shipping carrier may not be able to perform their duties to get the delivery there on time. In the rare event that this happens, Shop M.Lashea will not be held liable for late, lost, stolen and damaged packages. We will do our best to assist with the delivery. However, we will not be held accountable for shipping carriers and will not issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages. Delivery confirmation is provided on all orders. Confirmation includes notification of a sent package once the package is successfully shipped. In the event of any of the above late, lost, stolen and damaged items, please file a claim with the your carrier.
